The new phase of the Spring Creek Nehemiah homes have been made public! The completed application, as it states in the link must be postmarked no later than April 3, 2018.

Please note that the lottery process is managed through a computerized system and preferences and set asides are as follows:
Percentage of units set aside for people with disabilities:
- Mobility (5%)
- Vision/Hearing (2%)
Preference unit goes to:
- Residents of Brooklyn Community board 5 (50%)
- Municipal Employees (5%)
